Where We Ship We ship to the UK and internationally. Some remote locations may require additional delivery time.
Processing & Dispatch Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes All orders are sent via Royal Mail.
- UK Standard — 2–5 business days
- UK Tracked — 1–3 business days
- Europe — 5–10 business days
- Rest of World — 7–14 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas.
Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £20. Orders under £20 are subject to a standard shipping charge, displayed at checkout.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Where a tracked service is used, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@hopeandharbourpress.co.uk and we'll do our best to help. Please note that once an order has been handed to Royal Mail, we are unable to control delivery timescales.
